Nicholas Jayakar

Chief of Staff

Nicholas Jayakar is Chief of Staff at QTD Systems, where he tackles the company’s hardest and least-defined problems across strategy, operations, finance, and growth.

He joined QTD as Director of Product Management, leading the effort to build the world’s first quantum-native data center before stepping into his current role as Chief of Staff. Prior to QTD, Nicholas spent more than four years at Mott Corporation, where he launched and scaled a semiconductor bulk gas purifier product line critical to advanced chip manufacturing.

He holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. Nicholas has working proficiency in Spanish, and outside of work, he is a certified skydiving coach.
